The University of Queensland, 12-15 July.
The Scientific Committee invites the submission of abstracts for oral presentations, panel discussions and (new to the ANZSHM) poster presentations.
Papers on any topic in the history of medicine will be welcomed, but there will be a particular emphasis on science, technology and medicine, colonial and post-colonial medicine, and health and disease in a globalised world.
Deadlines:
Abstract Submission Deadline: 28 February 2011.
Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: 11 April 2011.
Oral presentations: each presentation will last 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion.
Panel discussions: three papers, each of 20 minutes, plus 30 minutes for discussion.
Poster presentations: delegates will be invited to talk to their poster for 5 minutes, during a scheduled conference poster session.
