Lecturer in Science Communication Studies, University of Manchester
Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer in
Science Communication Studies at the University of Manchester. This post will
cover teaching and administrative duties for Dr David Kirby who is seconded to
a major Wellcome Trust funded project. You will also be expected to continue
your personal research and participate in all activities as a member of Centre
for the History of Science, Technology and Medicine (CHSTM).
You must have a PhD and experience of teaching
undergraduate students in science communication studies as well as a track
record of research in the field. Experience of postgraduate teaching and a
profile of relevant published material would be desirable. Salary will be
£33,230 to £45,941 per annum according to relevant experience. The closing date
