A PhD program in Science, Cognition and
Technology was launched in 2010
by the University of Bologna (Italy) in cooperation with the
Universities of Exeter (United Kingdom) and Konstanz (Germany).

The three-year program combines fields
like science, technology and
society, history of science, philosophy of language, logic, philosophy
of science, and cognitive psychology, with an emphasis on "knowledge
societies".
