4. Transport

Nancy is well-served by rail from either Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (north of Paris) or Luxemburg Airport. From Charles-de-Gaulle, there is a TGV that will get you to the Lorraine TGV station in Louvigny in 110 minutes. From Louvigny, a shuttle bus (12 euros) will deliver you to the central train station in downtown Nancy. Alternatively, from the airport RER station, take the subway train to the Gare du Nord station in Paris (45 minutes), and walk over to the Gare de l'Est station (10 minutes), from where you can catch a TGV to Nancy (90 minutes). If you arrive at the Luxemburg airport, take a taxi or bus to the train station, and catch the next train to Nancy (1 hour).

Once in Nancy, you may rent a bi cycle by the hour from a number of bike stands located throughout the city. Nancy has a dense bus and tram network called STAN; tickets can be purchased from the bus driver, or by machine on the tram platforms.

5. Dining

The organizing committee will provide lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday, and lunch on Wednesday.

6. WiFi

The conference site features a WiFi connection via eduroam.

Look forward to seeing you this September!
