Medical Sciences Video Archive of the Royal College of Physicians and Oxford Brookes University

The Medical Sciences Video Archive of the Royal College of Physicians and Oxford Brookes University, a collection of videotaped biographical interviews with over 130 important figures in clinical medicine and science from the United Kingdom and Australia, is now available online.

As part of a Wellcome Trust funded project, over 260 interviews on umatic and betacam tapes have been digitised and made freely available on our Research And Digital Asset Repository (RADAR).  We would like to make the collection as widely known as possible so please do spread the word and link to the collection from your webpages.

Currently only the audiovisual files for the interviews are available for viewing, but we hope to add transcripts and interactive indexes (to allow you to jump to particular parts of the interview) over the next year.
