New open access book: Learning to Cut: Surgical training and practice, 1450–1800

PhD position: History and didactics of the chemical bond

A three-year PhD position is available in Paris for a research project on the history of the chemical bond and the history of its teaching. The position is aimed at candidates with a background in history of science and chemistry, and applicants should have at least a passive knowledge of French. Applications are open until 22 June 2026, and the successful candidate will begin the PhD on 1 October 2026.
