c. £25,000 per annum depending on skills


The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is looking for an energetic and creative museum professional to join our team as assistant curator. The post is an exciting opportunity to work with the RCP’s accredited museum collections with responsibility for preservation, documentation and development.
Based at the RCP’s Grade 1 listed headquarters in Regent’s Park, you will work with the curator to increase access to and awareness of the RCP’s outstanding collections and history, as well as developing and delivering our exhibitions and events programme. A team player, you combine museum cataloguing and collection management experience and have a recognised museum postgraduate qualification. You are an excellent communicator and public speaker with proven project management skills, good levels of IT literacy and experience working to museum accreditation standards.
