FPI PhD Fellowship: "The Nature and Normativity of Inquiry"
The Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation has announced a 4-year PhD fellowship (FPI) associated with the research project “The Nature and Normativity of Inquiry” (project PID2021-123938NB-I00 ), based at the Complutense University of Madrid, and with Michele Palmira (UCM) and Javier González de Prado (UNED) as co-PIs. We invite applications from candidates interested in issues in epistemology related to the topic of the project, including (but not limited to) the nature and aims of inquiry, epistemic normativity and the norms of inquiry, suspension of judgement and other inquiring attitudes, and the structure of scientific inquiry. The candidate will be supervised by Michele Palmira (UCM) and/or Javier González de Prado (UNED), depending on the topic of the proposal.
