2013 ICREFH colloquium: Call for Papers

In September 2013, ICREFH (http://www.vub.ac.be/SGES/ICREFH.html)
will organize its colloquium. The central theme will be
food and international exhibitions, with four sessions that offer plenty of
possibilities for presenting relevant and challenging papers (material cutlure;
