A Sense of Direction - New Researches in the History of Navigation, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, 6-7 May 2010

Details of this symposium can now be found at:

seminars/senseofdirection

Papers will cover a broad range of topics in the history of navigation, from ancient Greece to the 19th century.

In addition, on the morning of 6 May we will be offering the opportunity to look at some of the Museum's navigational instruments in store, and at conservation work on Harrison's second marine timekeeper, H2. Places for these will, however, be limited, so book early (via the symposium registration form).
