History of Science in the Early Modern Period, 1450-1750
Beginning January 2011
 
The University of Minnesota Program in History of Science and Technology, Twin Cities campus, invites applications for a one-semester visiting professorial (assistant to full, depending on qualifications) position beginning January 2011. The duties include carrying out an active research program and teaching two courses, one a history of science survey course (ancient to early modern) and the other a graduate seminar on the history of early modern science; the candidate’s major research area should be the early modern period. All requirements for the Ph.D. must be completed by December 1, 2010.
