The 23rd ?Novembertagung on History of Mathematics? will take place at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal, November 07-09 2012.
The Novembertagung is an annual international conference aimed at bringing together junior scientists working in the field. In its 23rd year of existence, it has grown into an important forum for PhD students and postdocs to present their projects and discuss innovative research approaches and methods, but also talk about general questions concerning the PhD process and the work in a scientific community. The overall theme of this year's edition has been chosen to be: ?Writing and Reading the History of Mathematics?.
