CfA: FiloLab International Summer School "Discursive Injustice and Social Criticism: Epistemology and Training for Deliberatio

From July 8th to 12th, 2019, in its second edition, the FiloLab-International Summer School (FL-ISS) will offer doctoral students and young doctors from different countries the opportunity to present their work in progress or recently finished research, get qualified comment, and be assessed on their postdoctoral projection.
This is a sample of possible issues to be consideredKnowledge and opinion, Truth and justification, Disagreements, Argumentation, Epistemic and Discursive Injustice; Language, gender, and philosophy; Cognitive biases; Deliberation and political participation; Philosophy, education and democracy.
Guest professors: Saray Ayala (California State University), Asger Sørensen (University of Aarhus). Professors from FiloLab-UGR Excellence Unit will also participate.
Deadline: May 17th, 2019
Scolarships: There will be 3 scholarships for the registration exemption. To apply for them you must send, before May 17th, a text with the complete intervention that will be presented at the school. The text should have an extension of between 4,000 and 6,000 words. The organizing committee will select the three best texts, according to the thematic lines considered in this edition.
