Call fo Abstracts: BSHS PG Conference 2020

Centre for History and Philosophy of Science,University of Leeds, 1 – 3 April 2020

The call for abstracts for the 2020 British Society for the History of Science Postgraduate conference is now open.
The event will be held by the Centre for History and Philosophy of Science (HPS) at the University of Leeds from Wednesday 1 April to Friday 3 April 2020. We welcome papers from graduate students working in the History of Science, Technology and Medicine or in disciplines whose work touches on any area of HSTM.
Papers should be approximately 20 minutes long (up to 20 minutes) with 10 minutes for discussion. Joint submissions for three-person panels are also welcome.
We invite you to submit an abstract of up to 250 words with your name, affiliation and contact details. For joint submissions, we require that an additional 100-word panel abstract be submitted. Applications should be sent to the organising committee at bshspg2020@gmail.com. The deadline for applications is 1 December 2019. We will notify applicants by mid-December with regard to the status of their application.
