J UAN ANTONIO PANIAGUA (ARTAJONA, NAVARRA 1920 - PAMPLONA 2010), HISTORIADOR DE LA MEDICINA El historiador de la medicina Juan Antonio Paniagua Arellano falleció en Pamplona el pasado 11 de febrero. Licenciado en Medicina por la Universidad de Valladolid (1945) y doctor en Medicina por la Universidad Complutense (1948), fue Secretario General de la Universidad de Navarra (1960-1966), y profesor de Historia de la Medicina (1962-1992), de Deontología Médica (1965-1972) y de Historia de la Farmacia (1970-1990) de dicha universidad, además de sacerdote desde 1968. En 1948 inició su dedicación a la Historia de la Medicina, bajo el magisterio del profesor Pedro Laín Entralgo, titular en Madrid, desde 1942, de la única cátedra de Historia de la Medicina entonces existente en España. El depósito PADICAT (Patrimonio Digital de Cataluña) ha seleccionado y capturado los recursos digitales en Internet de los museos y colecciones museográficas de Cataluña La Biblioteca de Catalunya ha seleccionado y capturado 1.521 recursos digitales en Internet relativos a los 657 museos y colecciones museográficas de Catalunya con el objetivo de preservar estos contenidos y garantizar su acceso permanente. Esta selección y capturas de páginas web de los museos de Cataluña es un nuevo monográfico del depósito PADICAT (Patrimonio Digital de Cataluña), el repositorio digital destinado desde el año 2005 a la creación del archivo web de Cataluña. En total, el monográfico Museos de Cataluña contiene 1.521 recursos digitales ordenados alfabética y geográficamente. De los 657 museos identificados con presencia en Internet, la provincia de Barcelona acumula casi la mitad de todos los equipamientos museísticos de Cataluña, con un 46'3%, seguida de la demarcación de Tarragona con el...
