Leeds Philosophy/History and Philosophy of Science Graduate Teaching Assistantship 2011-14 The School of Humanities at Leeds intends to offer a Graduate Teaching Assistantship in Philosophy or History and Philosophy of Science for its full-time PhD programmes. The scholarship is available from 26 September 2011 and consists in a payment of £8500 per annum for teaching and maintenance, along with full fee waiver for Home/EU students and partial fee waiver (equivalent to full Home/EU rate) for international students. The Scholarship is available only to new PhD applicants, not to currently registered PhD students. Scholarship recipients are expected to provide teaching and teaching support for Philosophy/HPS for up to six hours per week on average. Appropriate training is normally compulsory for all holders of these awards.
